- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Any shipping delays or issues must be reported to 2H Beauty promptly.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
